RL These were also my father’s initials.
My parents ran a renowned restaurant near the famous avenue Champs Élysées. On the menu you could find specialities such as truffle and goose liver pâté. Early on, I was fascinated by the fine art of distinguished gastronomy. And of course I have had the best teachers that I could imagine. After graduating I knew that I wanted to study at a hotel management school. After my degree there, and in the light of the experience I gained so far, I had made my decision: I would like to open my own restaurant.

The appropriate place was easily found. My mother, a real Berliner, conveyed her love and passion for Berlin to me at an early age, that is why I developed the same love for the city and the idea was born:
