Et \u00e9videmment, je n\u2019aurais pu r\u00eaver meilleurs professeurs que ceux que j\u2019ai eus. C\u2019\u00e9tait donc pour moi une \u00e9vidence qu\u2019apr\u00e8s mon bac j\u2019\u00e9tudierais dans une \u00e9cole h\u00f4teli\u00e8re. D\u00e8s l\u2019obtention de mon dipl\u00f4me d\u2019h\u00f4tellerie et gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 toute l\u2019exp\u00e9rience gagn\u00e9e au fil des ann\u00e9es, ma d\u00e9cision \u00e9tait prise : j\u2019ouvrirais mon propre restaurant.<br \/>\nLa question du lieu s\u2019est \u00e0 peine pos\u00e9e.
